The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, April 9, reveals that Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) sought updates from Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) on how the memorial went. Deacon was visibly rattled and admitted he wasn’t all right when Hollis quizzed him.
Once Deacon was alone again, he asked himself if he was seeing things or if there were 10 toes on that body.
If there were 10 toes, then it couldn’t have been Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown)!
At the cliff house, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) admitted to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) that he found some closure at the memorial and confirmed that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) was also there to support Deacon.
The service was eye-opening for Finn since he saw just how much Deacon cared for Sheila.
Finn said Deacon was having a hard time accepting that Sheila was gone, but Steffy didn’t have much sympathy for the man who harbored that fugitive.
Finn thanked Steffy for giving him to the space to acknowledge what he lost, so she said Sheila didn’t come between them when she was alive and wasn’t going to start now.
After Finn and Steffy reflected on all the challenges they’d overcome, they agreed they didn’t have to worry about Sheila anymore.
When Deacon called suddenly and summoned Finn back to Il Giardino, he said it was urgent and about Finn’s birth mother.
Steffy wasn’t thrilled about Finn taking off and wanted to be done with all the Sheila drama, but he pointed out this might be the last time they ever had to talk about her.
After Deacon downed a drink and contemplated Sheila’s potential survival, Finn arrived with questions.
Deacon was all wound up, so Finn urged him to take a breath and felt it was normal to be out of sorts after an emotional memorial.
That said, Finn felt he had to put Sheila behind him once and for all, especially for Steffy’s sake.
Since Deacon did everything he could to give Sheila a respectful sendoff, Finn insisted it was time to let go.
Finn knew it was hard to accept that Sheila was deceased, so Deacon piped up to ask what if she wasn’t.
After Deacon asked what if the person that he saw being cremated wasn’t Sheila, Finn seemed baffled.
At Forrester Creations, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) had an important meeting with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz), Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) and RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman).
After Hope said she needed them to rally as a team in Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) absence, she explained that she wanted Luna to work closely with Zende on the line.
Since Zende had more experience than RJ and was a more seasoned talent at Hope for the Future, Hope wanted him to take the lead now that Thomas was gone.
Hope felt that Luna could absorb all Zende’s knowledge and hinted about Zende having plenty of secrets to share.
Luna seemed uncomfortable as she shared a nervous look with Zende.
After Zende and Luna headed to the design office, Hope spoke to RJ alone and hoped she didn’t catch him too off guard with her news.
RJ said Hope was the boss and understood that this is what she wanted.
Hope assured RJ that he’d still be working with Luna, but she offered a prediction about how Luna spending time with Zende would be beneficial to her future.
In the design office on Tuesday’s B&B episode, Zende asked if Luna was OK and said he had no idea Hope would want them to work so closely together.
Luna wanted to pitch in, but she worried this could get complicated due to the night she shared with Zende.
However, Zende argued there was no reason for that to interfere in their working collaboration.
Luna ultimately admitted she couldn’t show up to work with this secret eating her up inside. In the end, Luna insisted that RJ deserved to know the truth!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Luna will kick off her confession later this week, but will she truly blab about her accidental drugged hookup with Zende?
