Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview video for the July 1-5 reveals that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will get a welcome interruption when Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) brings Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) home from Statesville.
It’ll buy EJ some time since Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) is threatening to tell Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is “Jude DiMera” aka Jude Brady’s (Oliver McLarty) bio dad.
EJ will pipe up about how wonderful it is that Gabi’s free and open his arms for a hug, but she’ll put a hand up and insist she’s not feeling it!
However, Gabi’s homecoming will distract Melinda long enough for EJ to come up with a new plan.
It looks like EJ will try to score Melinda a job at DiMera Enterprises, but that’ll bring some new challenges.
As for Stefan and Gabi, they’ll strip down for a sizzling scene in the shower together, so they’ll take full advantage of her freedom and their long-awaited reunion.
In the meantime, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will decide to send Tate Black (Leo Howard) to lacrosse camp in upstate New York.
When Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) gets updates on Brady’s idea to send Tate there for the summer, he’ll insist they need to get their son out of Holly Jonas’ (Ashley Puzemis) orbit.
Tate will obviously throw a fit over all this, but Brady will warn that he’s going whether he likes it or not.
Days spoilers say Tate will have other plans, so he’ll give Holly a call and ask how she’d feel about running away together.
DOOL’s preview video also shows Holly and Tate sharing a kiss underneath some fireworks, so they’ll manage to squeeze in some Fourth of July fun.
Other Days spoilers say Robert “Bobby” Stein aka Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) will stand his ground.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will bring Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) to Bayview, where Bobby will warn that no one will ever see Everett again.
“Let him out, you bastard!” Stephanie snaps in DOOL’s weekly promo.
Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will also pay Bobby a visit, which will pave the way for a shocking twist.
Bobby will claim he can help Jada solve a crime before joking that it’s nothing too serious – “just a murder!”
This may be about the mystery of who took down Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) since there’s a brief shot of that apartment set toward the end of the preview.
Days Head Writer Ron Carlivati may have had a different ending in mind for that story than the scab writers did.
This could be Carlivati’s chance to reveal that someone other than Gil Carter (David S. Lee) was responsible for Li’s demise.
Could Bobby himself be to blame or did he witness something that night?
Regardless, our predictions point to Bobby delivering some stunning new details, but Jada may have her doubts about whether his intel can be trusted.
