General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) passed up an easy opportunity to be completely honest with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). When Willow came clean about kissing Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), that was the perfect chance for Nina to admit she’d been hooking up with him behind closed doors.
Nina kept her mouth shut instead, so we have to believe there’s a reason for that. Did GH writers just set the stage for Willow to make a shocking discovery of her own?
Although Nina slapped Drew for locking lips with Willow, even Drew himself admitted he deserved it.
Drew isn’t proud of his actions, but he did his best to downplay what happened as an impulsive moment that won’t be repeated.
By the end of Nina and Drew’s conversation on the July 16 episode, they seemed ready to truly put the animosity behind them.
When Drew asked what they were left with, he definitely gave off a flirty, hopeful vibe.
In other words, it seems like Drew is still interested in Nina and whatever their romance might become.
Up to this point, Nina and Drew have just been frenemies who hook up every once in a while.
Now that Drew and Nina are ditching any lingering hostility, that could lead to their relationship shifting.

We see no reason to believe Drew and Nina will be able to control themselves – even with Willow and Drew’s kiss lingering in the back of their minds.
Nina and Drew may find themselves in familiar territory soon if they start stripping down in Drew’s office.
Willow recently barged in there looking for Drew, so that could happen again and catch Drew off guard if he’s in a compromising position with Nina!
Nina may ultimately wish she’d just confessed to Willow from the get-go.
Willow may feel like a fool for confiding her kiss to Nina when her mother was keeping hot hookups with Drew under wraps.
Although Willow may acknowledge that Drew and Nina are single adults who can do what they want, it’ll still feel like a betrayal since they both kept quiet about this.
