The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, July 24, reveals that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) told Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) about becoming the face of Brooke’s Bedroom again, so Hope was thrilled for her mom.
Brooke mentioned that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) wanted her to be part of the upcoming global fashion summit, but she knew Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wasn’t going to be excited about any of this.
In the CEO office, Steffy indeed objected to Brooke being the spokesperson for the line.
In Steffy’s opinion, this was more of a flashback than a relaunch, so she felt Ridge was making a huge mistake.
Steffy accused Ridge of doing this for Brooke instead of as a move to expand the demographic.
Once Steffy talked about Brooke tearing their family apart, Ridge said he left Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and that Steffy should be mad at him if she wanted to be mad at somebody.
However, Ridge hoped they could move beyond all the resentment and suggested that the Forrester-Logan feud was in the past.
At Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) place, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) stood her ground with Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) about something not adding up regarding the paternity test.
Katie repeatedly vowed to get answers before taking off and leaving Poppy to fume alone.
Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) came home to find Poppy ranting to herself, so she wondered what was wrong.
Poppy admitted to having another run-in with judgmental Katie, but she urged Luna not to worry about it.
Poppy just wanted Luna to enjoy her new life with Bill and vowed to do whatever it took to make sure Luna kept it.
At the hospital, Bill stopped by Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) office to thank her for pitching in with the paternity test and making sure it was run correctly.
Li said Bill was exactly the kind of father that her niece needed.
Since Poppy and Luna were family now, Bill insisted that meant Li was family as well. Li seemed touched and said that meant the world to her.
Bill knew Li and Poppy had issues in the past, but he had a favor to ask and admitted he’d really like it if the sisters could get along.
If there was anything Bill could do to help heal Poppy and Li’s differences, he said he’d be glad to help.
Since Li helped give Bill a daughter, he praised her for that and said Li was under the Spencer umbrella now.
Li teared up over what a good father Bill was to Luna and reflected on her marriage to Jack Finnegan (Ted King) falling apart.
Bill said he wouldn’t let Li down and reiterated that he had a daughter due in large part to her.
Li noted that Bill saved her life, so it was the least she could do to repay him.
Once Bill left, Katie showed up to see Li next and confessed to having another unpleasant experience with Poppy.
Katie hoped that Li could help her, so she mentioned that Li was the one who ran the paternity test for Bill and Luna.
As Wednesday’s B&B episode wrapped up, Katie asked Li if there was any chance at all that test could be wrong.
