Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview video for the week of August 5-9 reveals that Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) will reunite with Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall) at the pub, where Hattie will be practicing her lines for the new soap role she landed.
There could be some confusion if Bonnie initially thinks Hattie is Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and overhears her plotting to kill her husband!
Elsewhere, the real Marlena’s husband will get some much-needed help.
It turns out John Black (Drake Hogestyn) was on the other side of the door Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) just burst in.
Since John went missing in Greece, there’ll be plenty of questions about how he wound up as a prisoner in Poplar Bluff.
At some point, the mystery woman (AnnaLynne McCord) from the video will eavesdrop on Chad and Jack, so they’ll reel once they discover her.
Jack will insist she could be his daughter – and Chad will back him up by insisting she could be his wife.
AnnaLynne McCord obviously doesn’t really resemble Marci Miller, who last played Abigail DiMera.
However, this is one of those times when fans just have to pretend and go along for the ride.
“You really think I could be this Abigail person?” the mystery woman asks in DOOL’s weekly preview video.
Jack and Chad may suspect that Abigail has had her memory manipulated since that’s the kind of crazy stuff that happens on Days!
Next, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will kiss Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) and lean her back on the bed.
Fiona joked about the third time being the charm since Brady has merely slept next to her up to now.
Brady and Fiona might actually do the deed next time around thanks to all the bonding and drinking they’ve been doing.
At the Salem PD, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will give Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) updates on Robert “Bobby” Stein aka Everett Lynch’s (Blake Berris) suicide note and criminal confession.
The case is all wrapped up with a neat little bow, but Jada will suspect something isn’t right.
Jada won’t have all the answers, but she may have a hunch that someone else might’ve framed Bobby and silenced him.
Days viewers know Connie Viniski (Julie Dove) indeed set Bobby up, but her mind is on other things now – like planning to blow up Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Cherie Jimenez) marriage.
It looks like Connie will drop some hints and leave Stefan nervous, so he’ll quiz Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) about what exactly she might’ve let slip.
Days spoilers say Connie will continue talking to imaginary Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) at the apartment, so she’ll share her revenge plans and leave him delighted over how ugly it’s going to be.
Meanwhile, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will catch Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) off guard with the news of Everett’s demise, so he’ll comfort her and get some comfort in return.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Stephanie will be there for Alex as he continues to cope with all Theresa Donovan’s (Emily O’Brien) damage, so we’ll bring you more predictions on their reconnection.
