The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, September 20, reveal that a couple of familiar guest stars will make new appearances. For starters, let’s talk about the return of Captain Deuce Stevens (Tom Arnold), the Forrester pilot who was on hand when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) had her passport mishap.
Tom Arnold will reprise the role on Friday’s B&B episode, but Captain Stevens won’t be at the airport or even on a plane. It turns out Captain Stevens will show up at John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) office instead, so it’ll be interesting to see what they discuss.
Finn is presumably Captain Stevens’ doctor, so it’s possible he has a medical condition or that he’s just popping in for a checkup.
The real point of Captain Stevens’ visit will apparently be for him to have an encounter with a lab technician that fans may recognize.
Jamison Belushi is the daughter of Jim Belushi and has appeared in the role of April the lab tech before.
April delivered Paul “Hollis” Hollister’s (Hollis W. Chambers) toxicology report back in July, so you might remember that brief appearance.
Captain Stevens will seem curious as he watches April deliver a new set of lab results to Finn on Friday’s show.
Will Captain Stevens end up having a connection to April that ultimately gets revealed?
It’s possible April and Captain Stevens will turn out to be related, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
There’s a chance this encounter is more about the actual lab results if Captain Stevens discovers a clue that could cause trouble.
Could this involve some secret medical testing for Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) or something along those lines? The show keeps offering hints that Taylor may have a heart problem or some other health crisis going on.
It looks like Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) may appear eventually, so maybe Taylor is her patient and the wrong Dr. Finnegan will get results by mistake.
If Captain Stevens were to hear Taylor’s name or catch a glimpse of it on her paperwork, he might be tempted to tell Ridge that something might be wrong with his beloved ex.
Captain Stevens is loyal to the Forresters and those closest to them, so we’ll see what he might do after this hospital trip and whatever he might learn there.
Regardless, our B&B predictions point to Captain Stevens being rather nosy, so he might even pretend to leave and eavesdrop on the way out!
