General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that it’s been far too long since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has had any passion in his life. Ever since Jason returned to Port Charles, fans have been waiting to see who might end Jason’s drought in the bedroom.
For a while, it looked like Jason might be paired up with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or even Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) again.
Others held out hope that Jason might find his way back to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and hit the sheets with her eventually.
However, now Jason and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) have shared a kiss, which could open the door to more sizzling developments down the road.
In a recent Instagram story, Steve Burton seemingly dropped a huge behind-the-scenes clue about what’s ahead for Jason on GH.
Burton shared a photo of himself outside a closed set sign and said that he was “Back at it!”
Of course, closed sets are often used to make costars more comfortable when filming intimate scenes.
It’s naturally going to be a little less nerve-wracking when the show limits the number of people who’ll be around in those cases.
Could this mean that Jason is gearing up for a love scene? Will it be with Anna now that they’ve faced a turning point in their bond?
Steve Burton and Finola Hughes are both incredible performers, but fans are divided when it comes to their characters’ chemistry.
Some see the potential for Jason and Anna to be a hot couple, but others feel like they’re a total mismatch.
It’s certainly a bit weird considering Anna’s daughter was previously a love interest for Jason, but his relationship with Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) is a distant part of his past by now.
There’s really no reason why Anna and Jason shouldn’t do what they want, so maybe we should give them a chance and see what happens!
