The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that fans are still buzzing about Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) kiss with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), which felt like a nice turning point after all that whole mess with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
It was obviously a terrible idea for Hope to chase after Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) husband and ultimately plant a drunken kiss on him. Now that Carter is making his move, is Hope ready to put her crush on Finn behind her?
“I hope that is laid dead and buried. I think it was just very misguided,” B&B star Annika Noelle said in a new interview with SOD.
Noelle reflected on how Hope was looking for anything to keep her afloat after losing Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), which led to the unfortunate decision to make a play for Finn.
After Noelle called that move “very inappropriate” and “pretty out of character,” she reflected on how desperate Hope was feeling. That’s why Hope latched onto the wrong guy and idealized Finn when she shouldn’t have.
Now Annika Noelle wants the lesson to sink in when it comes to Hope not wanting to share another man. It’s something Hope went through with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and would’ve had to go through again if Finn hadn’t been so loyal to Steffy.
“I’m hoping that she might fully get that lesson drilled into her head after her mistake with Finn,” Noelle insisted.
Of course, it looks like Liam’s on the verge of reevaluating his feelings for Hope and wondering if maybe they could still reunite their family. That doesn’t mean Hope will be on the same page, especially now that single Carter is interested!
Hope and Carter have another hot lip lock coming up soon, so they’ll definitely remain drawn to each other – and that could lead to good news for them both.
At some point, Carter and Hope will have to decide if they want to take the next steps toward being an actual couple.
