Days of Our Lives Recap Wednesday, November 6: Cat’s Charges Dropped and Stefan’s Fake Goodbye Note

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 6, reveals that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) offered sympathy to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) over the phone since he was grieving Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) all over again.

After Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera) slipped in and knocked something over, EJ heard the crash and went to investigate in the DiMera foyer.

Ivan managed to make it upstairs undetected since Gabi Hernandez’s (Cherie Jimenez) arrival distracted EJ.

Gabi admitted she hadn’t signed the divorce papers and gave EJ an attitude. Since Gabi wanted to talk to Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), EJ invited her to look for his brother upstairs.

Meanwhile, Ivan packed a suitcase of Stefan’s belongings so that it’d look like he left town of his own volition.

Ivan also left a forged goodbye note that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) had written from “Stefan” to EJ.

When Gabi appeared, Ivan hid in the bathroom. Gabi spotted the note and showed it to EJ, who read that “Stefan” just couldn’t get past their betrayal and was leaving Salem.

“Stefan” insisted EJ and Gabi were both dead to him and that they deserved each other. Gabi ran out of the room crying and later blamed EJ for taking advantage of her marital issues.

EJ put the blame back on Gabi since she’s the one who came to his bed. After Gabi ordered EJ out of the room, she angrily signed the divorce papers thinking that’s what Stefan wanted.

At the Salem Inn on Wednesday’s Days episode, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) rushed over after hearing a gunshot on his phone call with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).

Jada was fine when Rafe arrived, but she explained that Vivian had dove for the gun in her holster.

Although Jada was able to wrestle the weapon away, Vivian fell and hit her head on the desk.

An ambulance was called that took Vivian to the hospital, where she ended up handcuffed to the bead wearing a bandage for her head wound.

After Jada and Rafe made it clear that Vivian was going away for a long time, they talked out in the waiting area.

Between Rafe’s coma and Jada’s scare, he decided time waits for no one and dropped to one knee for a proposal.

Jada agreed to marry Rafe and accepted Tia Hilda’s ring, so Rafe twirled her around as he celebrated the good news.

Next on Wednesday’s Days episode, Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) paid Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) behind bars and begged his brother to tell him this was all some big misunderstanding.

It didn’t make sense for Aaron to try to wipe Chad off the map.

Mark was so sorry and explained that he didn’t have a choice since Clyde Weston (James Read) was threatening their mom.

Aaron was confused, so Mark admitted their mother survived the car crash and was being held hostage.

Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) was in the jail cell nearby and eventually piped up to help Mark explain.

After Aaron insisted this was a family matter, Cat confessed that she was family and revealed she was Aaron’s older sister.

Aaron argued that Cat was still recovering from the accident in a rehab facility, but Cat said she was back after extensive plastic surgeries.

Once Cat mentioned some details from when Aaron was younger, he realized it was really her

Aaron seemed excited to see his sister again and wanted to see his mom next.

Unfortunately, Mark and Cat admitted that their mother might not even be alive anymore since they didn’t fulfill Clyde’s demands.

Louis struggled with his emotions and eventually bolted out despite Cat yelling for him to come back.

At the Horton house on Wednesday’s DOOL show, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) popped in and talked to Chad about Abigail’s missing body.

Steve also mentioned that Clyde had escaped before Clyde called Chad’s phone.

Clyde was at an undisclosed location, but he was willing to reunite Chad with what was left of Abigail if he did him a favor. Chad kept Steve in the dark as Clyde vowed to be in touch with the details.

Afterward on Wednesday’s Days episode, Chad surprised EJ by admitting he wanted all the charges dropped against Cat.

EJ could throw the book at Mark for all Chad cared, but he insisted Cat should go free.

It sounds like Cat’s freedom is part of Clyde’s request, so we’ll bring you more predictions on what’s ahead once she’s a free woman.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Clyde will have a few tricks up his sleeve, so stay tuned for updates on all his scheming.
