General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Friday, December 13, reveals that Ava Jerome (Maura West) tried more cards at the Port Charles Grill, but they were all declined. Rick Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) cards were declined too, so he suspected his accounts were frozen because he’d already made purchases assuming that Ava’s check was coming in.
Ava eventually got Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) to come pay their large bill so that the cops wouldn’t be called.
As Ava wondered what was going on, she got an email confirming that the Cassadines were taking back her divorce settlement from Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).
Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) arrived at Wyndemere with backup since an alarm had been triggered.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) turned out to be the intruder, so Dante told the other officers he’d handle this himself.
Although Dante warned Lulu that Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) hadn’t lived in that house for years, Lulu wanted to look around anyway and see if there was any clue about where they might’ve gone.
Lulu did end up finding a locked box with a Cassadine crest on it, so she managed to get it open and found some old things belonging to Charlotte inside.
Talk eventually turned to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), so Lulu assumed Dante must hate her after what happened.
Dante insisted he could never hate Lulu and clearly didn’t blame her for Sam’s demise.
Even so, Lulu knew she was alive because of Sam’s sacrifice and could tell Dante was having a rough time.
As all the Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) drama blew up at the Quartermaine mansion, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) convinced Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) that they should leave.
Josslyn was upset over how Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) had been treated, but she ultimately decided to go see Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) at the hospital.
In the meantime, Trina asked for Gio’s all-access pass he’d used at the game when he played the national anthem earlier.
That led to Trina finding Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), so they had a cute conversation as she tried to learn more about football.
Trina also felt they should give their art history presentation together, so she asked Kai if that extension was still on the table.
At GH, Josslyn arrived and heard alarms beeping.
When Josslyn opened the door to Dex’s room, she was shocked to see Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and the rest of Dex’s medical team fighting to save his life.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) showed up and led Josslyn away, but Josslyn struggled to understand how things went wrong so fast.
Josslyn ultimately decided that Dex was young and healthy, so she tried to convince herself he’d be OK.
Although they shocked Dex’s heart and tried to get him back, Isaiah ultimately had to deliver the crushing news to Josslyn that he didn’t make it, that Dex was dead
In Dex’s room, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) shut off his monitors and was baffled since this was the second patient they’d lost like this.
Liz could tell something very wrong was going on here.
Back at the Quartermaine mansion, Willow assumed Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) took the video, so he admitted he did accidentally through the nanny cam.
Willow realized Michael had been sitting on this video for weeks and accused him of being the one to release it.
Of course, that’s not what happened since everyone clearly saw Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) play the video by mistake.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) thought Willow had some nerve to try and spin this around on Michael, so she ripped into Willow for throwing everything she’d been given away.
Drew also faced Carly’s fury, but Tracy and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) didn’t hold back either.
Tracy threatened to leak the video so that everyone would see Drew’s true colors, but he warned against hurting Willow and the kids.
Michael eventually confronted Drew and thought it was awfully late for him to start caring about the consequences for Willow.
However, Michael agreed he wouldn’t be the one to leak the video publicly.
At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) warned Willow about all Michael’s powerful connections and felt she had to take the kids now if she wanted to stay in their lives.
Nina convinced Willow to wake up Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko), so they rounded them up to take them to Nina’s place.
When Carly appeared in the doorway, she called Willow and Nina out since it looked like they were trying to take Michael’s children from him.
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) talked to Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about Willow’s betrayal now that they all had updates on it.
It left Chase wondering if he shouldn’t have schemed with Sasha to push Michael and Willow together since maybe they weren’t meant to be.
Nevertheless, Sasha assured Chase that they weren’t to blame for what happened.
General Hospital spoilers say Sasha and Willow have more drama ahead once the truth about Sasha’s one-night stand with Michael comes out, so we’ll bring you more predictions on all the backlash.
