Jaleel White danced the Viennese Waltz tonight as Dancing With The Stars continued with its seventh episode. The theme for this week’s episode is ‘Classical Week.‘ Tonight they have a team dance in addition to their individual routines, The Paso Doble and The Tango. With only seven couples left the pressure is mounting! We recapped the tonight’s show for you and if you want to see how all the couples did go HERE! Did you see Jaleel’s performance last week if you missed it you can see it here!
Jaleel White and professional dancer Kym Johnson, dancing the Viennese Waltz – Kym had this to say about their dance tonight – “We’ll have the Viennese Waltz and Jaleel does really well with the ballroom. The Foxtrot was our first dance so it’s kind of similar to that. So I think we’ll have a really good chance of staying up there.” Jaleel said, “I have no trouble getting romantic and soft with this woman, so I’m confident if we do make it through that the Waltz can be something special.”
Judges Comments: Len: I liked it enough not to be cruel but it didn’t like it enough to be kind. It had a floaty airy fairy feel to it but there was no footwork. As the number I liked it, but it didn’t quite work. Bruno: Content wise I couldn’t ask for more-it wasn’t as good as it could be because there’s so much content. But as the number and as a story it was very nice. Carrie Ann: don’t lose confidence because I think you are definitely back in the game. The storytelling was excellent just watch the hands.
Scores: Carrie Ann: 8 Len: 8 Bruno: 8 =24/30
