Michael Jackson’s kids are fed up with the unstable antics of their father’s brothers and sisters and are seeking a change in guardianship. The executors of Michael Jackson’s estate are said to be drafting papers as we speak that will allow them to take emergency guardianship over Blanket, Prince Michael and Paris Jackson since their grandmother Katherine Jackson went missing in action and family members tried to abduct them yesterday. It was only a matter of time!
TMZ reports: “… the executors feel responsible for protecting the kids … since the kids are the primary beneficiaries of their father’s estate.”
What the effity ef is going on??
These same executors have to be the ones that Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie, and Tito Jackson want gone. Where’s Marlon in all this? The elder Jacksons have been trying to convince their mother that Michael’s will is a fake and executors, John Branca and John McClain, should resign.
Over the last few days there have been frantic tweets, missing person reports, battery charges and ambushes. All this just over Michael’s measly $300 million fortune. Where’s the dignity people?
But is Katherine behind the emergency guardianship change since she can’t be with her grandkids at the moment? Her lawyer released a pretty damning statement regarding her children’s behavior. It reads:
Yesterday afternoon certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson’s children.
After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene.
Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren.
Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons’ concerts on their Unity Tour. She never made the shows. Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children.
It sounds like Katherine knows what’s going on and doesn’t approve and might have told her grandchildren to go to their lawyers, right? The lawyers wouldn’t let the kids make any rash decisions like changing guardians without Katherine’s OK, would they? But then the statement says Paris, Prince and Blanket haven’t heard from Katherine so I’m confused.
What’s funny is TMZ says even if Michael Jackson’s will was declared invalid, his brothers and sisters would still get nothing. Most of it goes to his children and mother. So what are they thinking?
