The return date of your favorite dancing show has been announced. Season 17 of Dancing with the Stars will premiere on Monday, September 23rd, 2013.
It’s amazing to think that Dancing with the Stars has reached its 17th season, and it’s definitely a sign of the enduring popularity of the show. No matter how boring or competitive the singing and talent shows get, the novel concept of literally dancing with the stars has never gone out of style.
There are tons of rumors flying about right now about who the cast of the next season will include, but some of the rumors are stating that Paula Deen, Jon Gosselin, and Indy 500 champion Tony Kanaan have been reached. There are also questions about which long-time Dancing regulars might be leaving, including Cheryl Burke. Although Cheryl squashed the rumors by saying that she would stay as long as the show would have her, insiders are saying that she might be leaving.
Sharna Burgess, Peta Murgatroyd, and Lous Van Amstel will all return for sure – at least, according to their own words. However, the participation of Derek Hough and Maksim Chmerkovskiy is not certain, with several sources saying that they have both expressed a desire to leave and try other things.
